Max Reporting, LLC was created in 2010 when Meg moved to New Orleans.  She decided to name the company after her beloved labrador, Max, who was a gift from Ted Turner, and was the greatest! He spent many hours helping scope transcripts by listening carefully to every single word and car rides hand-delivering transcripts to his favorite clients. He passed away in May of 2020 but he will never be forgotten with the legacy he leaves for Max Reporting, LLC to carry on.

Denise

Denise went straight from highschool to court reporting school.  She started reporting in January 1980 taking depositions and sitting in different courts as a substitute until she started her permanent position at Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans in the Commissioner’s Office, taking lengthy trials and hearings. While she was there, a permanent job position came available with a new Judge, Judge Okla Jones. She was with him for his full tenure at CDC before he was appointed to the United States District Court. After that, she chose to stay at CDC as an Ad Hoc reporter where she not only took multiple jury trials for the Ad Hoc Judges, but also substituted for every single sitting CDC, First and Second City Court Judge taking every case from domestic to asbestos cases. For her last 18 years, she sat as Judge Kern Reese’s permanent reporter until her retirement after 42 years of reporting, on February 10, 2022.

Since retirement, she’s been editing for Max Reporting.
